1. Who we are
Stratos Dynamics, LLC, doing business as Look Good Online ("Look Good Online," "we," "us") operates lookgoodonline.com and provides website design, hosting, management, and marketing services to small businesses. This policy covers the information we collect through this website, it does not cover the separate work we do for signed clients, which is governed by each client's service agreement.
2. Information we collect
The only information we collect directly is what you voluntarily submit: through our contact form (your name, email address, business type, current website URL if any, which package you're interested in, and any message you write), through our booking widget if you schedule a call (your name, email address, and anything you type into Calendly's form), through checkout if you purchase a plan (your billing address, phone number, business name, and either the city you serve or your shoot address, depending on the plan, entered directly into Stripe's checkout page, not into a form on this site), or through the agreement-signing page after a purchase (your legal name, business name, and email). We do not use cookies or advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors. The site does run Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across other sites, see the next section.
3. How we use it
We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry with a quote or answer. We may keep your submission in our email and form-processing records so we have a history of the conversation if you become a client. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site and respond to you:
- Formspree, processes and delivers contact form submissions to our email. See Formspree's own privacy policy at formspree.io.
- Calendly, powers the "Schedule time with our team" badge and the "Book a free consultation" buttons. Calendly's widget loads on our pages, and if you open it and book a meeting, the name, email address, and any answers you provide go to Calendly and then to us. Calendly may also set its own cookies and receive your IP address when the widget loads, even if you never open it. Calendly's privacy policy applies to that processing.
- Stripe, processes every plan purchase. If you buy a plan, checkout happens entirely on a page Stripe hosts, so your card details never pass through our servers at all. Stripe also collects your billing address, phone number, and the business details we ask for on that checkout page (business name, and either the city you serve or your shoot address). Stripe's privacy policy applies to that processing.
- Our email provider, to receive and store your message.
- Cloudflare, sits in front of this site to protect it from attacks and serve it quickly. Your IP address and request details pass through Cloudflare's network. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views and performance without cookies, without a persistent identifier, and without tracking you across other websites. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to that processing.
We do not otherwise transfer your information to any third party, and we don't run ads or ad-tracking pixels on this site.
5. How long we keep it
We keep contact-form submissions and related email correspondence for as long as reasonably useful for business records, typically no more than a few years after our last contact with you, and delete it sooner on request (see Section 8).
6. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including relying on reputable third-party processors (Formspree, Calendly, Stripe, and our email provider) that maintain their own security practices. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's privacy
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted, or ask what we have on file, by emailing support@lookgoodonline.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time. If you are a California resident, this includes the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion, consistent with the California Consumer Privacy Act.
9. Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
