How do your plans work?
Three simple monthly plans, no setup fee on any of them. The Sketch ($350/mo) gets you a professional website, an optimized Google Business Profile, and a review engine so you start showing up when locals search. The Masterpiece ($850/mo) adds monthly local SEO to climb the Google Map Pack, plus call tracking so we can prove every lead. The Gallery ($1,900/mo) adds a full done-for-you marketing machine, monthly photo and video shoots, social posts, and marketing materials. No giant upfront bill; there's no separate build charge, your first month's payment is what starts the work.
Which plan is right for me?
Need a real website and to start showing up on Google? The Sketch. Want us actively working every month to rank you and make the phone ring, with proof of the leads? The Masterpiece, it's what most owners pick. Want us to run your entire marketing so you can just run your crew? The Gallery. Not sure? Tell us about your business and we'll point you the right way, honestly.
What does The Masterpiece actually do?
It's the plan built to make your phone ring. Every month we work your local SEO to climb the Google Map Pack, the little map with three businesses that shows up when someone searches your service nearby. We put a tracked phone number on your site so we can show you exactly how many calls and form leads we sent you, and you get a plain report each month. No guessing whether it's working.
What's included in The Gallery?
Everything in The Masterpiece, plus we run your marketing for you. Once a month we come to your jobsite to shoot professional photos and video of your team and your work. We turn that into 8 social posts a month, written, edited, and scheduled - plus custom marketing materials like flyers, local ads, and graphics. You get priority 1-hour support. You run the crew; we run the marketing.
Do I really pay nothing up front?
Yes. Normally a custom site build runs $1,000 or more up front. On our plans there's no separate build charge, your first month's payment is what starts the work, so there's no big bill standing between you and more customers. The Sketch runs a 12-month starter term and the other two run 6 months, so we can recover that cost. After the starter term every plan is month-to-month.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The website, your content, and your domain are yours. Whenever you leave we hand over your site and domain with a clean export, no hostage situation. The starter term covers the cost of the build, not your ownership: the site, the content, and the domain are yours from day one.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
A short one. The Masterpiece and The Gallery run a 6-month starter term; The Sketch runs 12 months. Two reasons: your first month's payment starts the build and we need to earn that back, and local ranking usually takes 60–90 days to move. A shorter term would have you paying for the setup and leaving before the results. After the starter term you're month-to-month with 30 days' notice. No multi-year agency contract, ever.
Who pays for the domain and hosting?
Hosting is included in every monthly plan, you never see a separate hosting bill from us. Domain registration is billed to you directly by the registrar, usually around $12 to $20 a year, we handle the setup and renewal reminders, but that charge itself is yours, the same way it would be no matter who built your site. If you ever leave, the domain is already in your name and comes with you.
Can you guarantee I'll get more calls?
No honest company can promise an exact number of calls. Anyone who does is selling you something. What we can promise is the work: an optimized Google presence, monthly local SEO, and a site built to convert. And because The Masterpiece includes call tracking, you'll see exactly what we're producing each month, so you're never guessing whether it's paying off.
What does it cost to cancel?
If you're past your starter term, nothing, 30 days' written notice and you're done. If you're still inside it, the fee is half of what's left on the term: count the months remaining, multiply by your monthly, and halve it. On The Masterpiece at $850/mo with 4 months left, that's $1,700. The figure falls every month you stay and reaches zero when the term ends. The fee doesn't apply at all if we cancel on you, or if you're leaving because we didn't hold up our end. Payments already made aren't refunded, so your service runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
Can I move up to a bigger plan later?
Yes, any time. You pay a one-time prorated charge, the difference between your old and new plan's price for the days left in your current billing period, that's it. After that the new rate simply starts on your next billing date, and nothing else is backdated. Here's the part people don't expect: upgrading never restarts or extends your starter term, you keep every month of credit you've already built toward it. Moving down to a smaller plan is available once your starter term is finished, on 30 days' notice. Most people start on The Sketch and move up to The Masterpiece once they've seen the site working.
Do I have to give up my phone number for call tracking?
No, and this is the most common worry we hear. The tracked number is an extra line that forwards straight to the business number you already use. We never ask you to give up, port away, or replace your own number. Your customers keep reaching you exactly as they always have; we just get to see which calls came from the work we're doing. If you ever leave, the tracked number switches off and your own number carries on untouched. The number on your truck is never at risk.
Do you work with businesses outside Atlanta, GA or Dallas-Fort Worth, TX?
Yes. We're based in Atlanta and love our local shops, but the website, Google, and SEO work all happen remotely, so we serve small businesses across the US. The on-site photo and video shoots in The Gallery are limited to the Atlanta, GA and Dallas-Fort Worth, TX metro areas.
